ELEARNING PROJECT
Our final project in LTLE570 was to create a complete eLearning training. The training was to contain three lessons, an introduction and final quiz knowledge check.

After consulting current K-12 educators, I chose to focus my training on job switchers looking to leave education. Based on needs assessment from a survey administered to teachers considering leaving their current positions, the eLearning focuses on skill and opportunity identification, documents, and the application process.

Utilizing Rise360 (Articulate) I was able to leverage the various block designs and incorporate knowledge checks and interactive learning moments throughout the modules so that content was more than just blocks of text and visuals.
