ABOUT ME
My career has been all about talent. Connecting early talent with organizations, teaching essential skills for professional success, and creating learning experiences. I began my career connecting employers to university talent. Now, I enable learning at a large professional services firm.
So what makes me tick professionally?
Nerding out about hiring trends and upskilling workers.
Identifying SMEs for training opportunities.
Digging through data to tell stories and inform strategy.
And as you will see from this portfolio, putting it all together to create meaningful learning.

I hold a master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from NC State University and a bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from James Madison University (JMU). And now find myself building skills and knowledge through a graduate certificate at my alma mater, JMU.

Navigating online learning as both an instructor and student has revealed the challenges and opportunities of learning beyond a four-walled classroom. I am excited to be part of a change in how we train, develop, and teach people utilizing new technologies.

Through this program I have discovered a love of eLearning development, storyboarding, and script writing for videos. I believe my strengths lay in these key areas as they leverage my background in curriculum development, professional development, and a long ago history of performance.
